Nutrition is not black or white and science is constantly learning and changing. There is no one- size-fits-all nutrition plan. Each person has unique needs based on their genetics, current health issues, personal preferences and commitment to change. I understand that it’s hard to change your eating habits because I too have been on that road. That’s why I started my practice – so that I can help promote a positive and sustainable approach.
In my 1 on 1 Nutrition Counselling I provide expert advice that fits your personal reality. I encourage real and whole food strategies and an integrative approach to health. You’ll learn to nourish your physical and emotional self, eat mindfully and discover how good your body is designed to feel. We’ll work together to discover the foods and the behaviour changes that help you reach your health goals!
Meetings are in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. Here’s what to expect when you visit:
Initial Consultation: 60 minutes
We’ll use the initial consultation to address your preferences and diet habits, health and medical history as well as your personal goals. This includes a lifestyle and nutritional assessment, and individual recommendations to provide you with the tools for education, resources, motivation and support.
Follow Up Consultations
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions designed to motivate and support you in your goals as well as problem solve compliance difficulties. Frequency and number of follow-up sessions depend on each individual and your goals.
