Regardless of how motivated we are, or how desperate we are, to make changes we often don’t know where to start and life can get in the way. We are living in a world inundated with nutrition information and so much of it is inaccurate and in some cases, harmful. With all the rules of what we ‘should’ be doing, we often lose touch with what we really enjoy, what feels good and what supports our overall well being.
From individual counselling to complete coaching programs, my focus is on living a healthier life through nutrition. I work to understand the biological foundation of how food interacts with your body, listening to your internal cues of hunger and satisfaction. From there we can choose real food that fits into your life – your favourite pasta dish, a flavourful salad, your best meatloaf recipe or even a homemade pie, ice cream or chocolate. (My favourites!)
